Scott Kilbury Joins Fox4 Kansas City as Evening Anchor

Kansas City viewers will soon see a new face delivering the evening news. Scott Kilbury has been appointed as the newest evening anchor for the local Fox affiliate, Fox4.
New Roles at Fox4
Kilbury will contribute to the 9 p.m. broadcast wiht reporting and will co-anchor the 10 p.m. news alongside veteran anchor Loren Halifax. Halifax expressed enthusiasm about Kilbury joining the team, citing his experience, journalistic passion, and engaging personality as a strong fit for the Kansas City audience.
From Colorado Springs to Kansas City
Prior to this appointment, Kilbury worked at KXRM, a Nexstar station based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. His move to Fox4 represents a continuation of his broadcasting career and an prospect to serve a new community.
A Background Rooted in Service
Kilbury’s path to broadcasting wasn’t customary. Before entering the field of journalism, he dedicated his time to working with hearing-impaired children at the Arizona State School for the Deaf and Blind. During this period,he achieved fluency in American Sign Language and notably,met his wife,Teresa.
