Beltone Leasing and Factoring, a subsidiary of Beltone Holding, has launched a new branch in the Suez Canal Economic zone (SCZONE). The inauguration took place at SCZONE’s headquarters in the Sokhna Industrial Zone. Ahmed Saad, CEO of SCZONE, and Amir Ghannam, deputy head of Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs), attended the event.
The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) approved Beltone Leasing and Factoring’s operation within SCZONE, marking it as the first non-banking financial institution to establish a presence there. This initiative highlights SCZONE’s increasing importance as a center for industrial investment,international trade,and logistics.
Waleid Gamal el-Dien, chairperson of SCZONE, emphasized the meaning of this expansion for the zone’s investment climate.
