Sealing the Deal: Historic Pledge Signed for Groundbreaking Industrial Housing Project
Industrial Housing Project to Benefit Over 250 Families in Graneros
A significant milestone was achieved in the Municipality of Graneros with the signing of the Pledge of Purchase and Sale of Land for the Industrial Housing project. This initiative will provide permanent homes for more than 250 families, representing six housing committees: Los Copihues, Los Avellanos, Illustrious Children, Heads of Households, Nueva Esperanza, and Altos de Graneros.
The signing ceremony took place in the Hall of Javier Tornería and was attended by key stakeholders, including Mayor Claudio Segovia Cofré, landowner Cristian Parro, Macarena Pinto representing the sponsoring entity, and Francisco Román from the real estate company. The housing committees participating in the project were also present.
“We are thrilled to be moving forward with this project, enabling families to realize their dream of owning a permanent home,” said Mayor Claudio Segovia Cofré.
