Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Faces Five New Lawsuits
Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing five new lawsuits filed by male and female accusers. The claims involve incidents dating from 2001 to 2022, occurring in New York City, Miami, and the Hamptons.
Accusers allege that they were sexually assaulted at parties hosted by Diddy, including one incident at the producer’s White Party in 2004. One plaintiff claims assault at a casting call for a music video. Many accusers chose to file anonymously as “Jane Doe” or “John Doe.” Two women allege they were 17 and 18 years old when they were reportedly drugged and assaulted by Diddy.
Three male accusers also claim they were drugged and assaulted by the music mogul, who has been in jail in New York since September. Diddy has faced numerous allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking throughout his career.
Diddy is scheduled to stand trial beginning May 5, 2025.
