McLaughlin joined Graham Media Group in 2024 and has since been recognized as an innovator and disruptor in the local news sector.His background includes roles as a news reporter and news director in Springfield, Illinois; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and St. Louis, Missouri. He also served as executive news director and creative services director at KMOV, and as VP of Content and SVP of Local News at E.W. Scripps.
