Notice of the Alxa Left Banner Public Security Bureau on the Prohibition of Carrying Items ⁤during the “2024 Alxa Heroes Conference”

The “2024 Alxa Heroes Conference” ⁣will be held in Alxa Dream Desert Park from September 30 to October 5, 2024. To ensure the safety and smooth holding of the event, according to the​ “Regulations on ​Safety Management of Large-scale Mass Activities”, “Safety Management ‍System of Public Places”, “Regulations on Fire ⁤Safety Management of Public Entertainment Places” and other relevant laws⁢ and regulations, ‍during the event, participants are strictly prohibited from bringing the following items ⁣into the event site:

Prohibited Items

• Various explosives, detonators, fuses, fireworks and⁣ other explosives;
• Liquefied gas cylinders that⁢ have not been inspected locally;
• Barreled gasoline, canned ​gasoline, alcohol, kerosene,⁤ xylene and other flammable liquids;
• Red phosphorus, white phosphorus, carbon powder, coal powder ​and other ‍flammable solids;
• Oxidants⁣ such as hydrogen peroxide, ammonium chlorate, potassium chlorate, sodium chlorate, etc.
• Potassium cyanide,​ sodium cyanide, various pesticides, rodenticides, ‍various strong acids (sulfuric ‌acid, hydrochloric acid, etc.) and other highly toxic ⁣drugs;
• All kinds of firearms, ammunition, daggers, triangular scrapers, and all kinds of controlled knives with single-edged, ⁣double-edged, and multi-edged blades with a blade length exceeding 15 cm,⁣ as⁢ well as crossbows, ⁢slingshots, baseball bats, pickaxe handles, ⁢etc.
• Anti-Party, anti-socialist, ⁢violent and terrorist propaganda leaflets or ‌banners.

Any violation of this notice will be investigated and confiscated in accordance with the law. Those who ⁢violate public security management shall be given public security‍ management penalties according to law, and those who constitute a crime shall be held criminally liable according to ⁤law.
