The Urban Community Authority has recently introduced the Unified Payment System for its apartment proposals in the Sabah project, offering installments of up to 7 years or the real estate financing system used by the Housing and Development Bank.

The reservation process for the first phase of the Sabah project began on October 6, with applications available through the Housing and Development Bank’s website: Housing and Development Bank Website.

The project offers 600 ready-to-offer apartments, with areas ranging from 94 to 140 square meters. Allotment in this project is subject to electronic reservation, and the reservation deposit is 150 thousand pounds.

There are four payment methods available: 3 years, 5 years, 7 years, or through real estate financing with interest from the Housing and Development Bank, which reaches 31% to 32% over 25 years.

Prices and Installments

The smallest area recorded was 95 square meters, priced at £1,720,000, with a serious reservation deposit of £150,000, and a payment of £133,000.

Payment of a receipt of up to 244 thousand pounds, with the applicant paying 30% of the unit price, and the remaining 70% in 3, 5, or 7 years.

Installment options include:

• 3 years: £167,000
• 5 years: £120,000
• 7 years: £99,000

The largest area, 141 square meters, is priced at £2,602,000, with a reservation deposit of £150,000, and a payment of £280,000 to complete 15% of the price.
