Seize the Day: Unlocking the Power of Living in the Moment
There were times when I felt tired and wanted to rest in the busy and hustle and bustle of life.
I wanted to be free from everything, but there were times when I lost the strength in my legs due to the harsh reality that I couldn’t.
In my case, this happened when I was working on a long project. After exhausting all my remaining strength, my body and mind are nowhere to be found, and it feels like a machine with a dead battery has stopped working. This is called ‘burnout’ in modern society, right? So did I. Oops! Even though I knew it was too late at the moment, I pushed myself to the edge, saying just a little more, just do this… Even though I used all my energy, I didn’t always get the results I wanted, so I was extremely cold-hearted and cold-hearted. I don’t know how many stains the times that were endlessly scary only for me were lined up. Nevertheless, not all of the time that passed was in vain or unnecessary. Because we can look at the past cold weather with compassion. It’s something I’m thankful for.
That’s probably why. I can count the painful past times you have endured. Because the countless questions and answers, the time spent in the shadows and despair of the day, are piled up under the name ‘yesterday’. So, please be willing to wander around and follow the experiences that make every cell of your body come alive, even if it is nothing special, and the feeling that your body and mind are recharged, even if it is simple. Once I find the right method and temperature that suits me, I can become a little less crumbly in this difficult world. You can do it too. Once I find it, I decide to focus on the given ‘today’ with an even more humble heart. This means that we should focus and move forward on ‘today’, which will never happen again. I hold on to the will to recognize the signals my mind sends that I am tired, no matter what the situation.
I am rooting for your day and your shining steps as you persevere through this difficult time.
