Reporting to the Senior Director of Merchandising for Men’s Running and Training, North America, the Senior Merchant will play a pivotal role in developing and executing seasonal assortment plans that resonate with consumers and drive sales growth. This includes:
Analyzing consumer insights and market trends to identify key opportunities and inform product selection.
Collaborating with cross-functional partners in Planning, Sales, and Brand Marketing to ensure alignment on merchandising strategies.
Developing and presenting compelling seasonal presentations that showcase the latest Men’s Training Apparel offerings.
Monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven adjustments to optimize sales and inventory levels.

Qualifications:

Excellent interaction, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
