September Bonanza: 3.4 Billion Riyals Headed to ‘Citizen Account’ Beneficiaries

Citizen Account Program Deposits 3.4 Billion Riyals in September Aid Allocation
The Citizen Account Program has deposited 3.4 billion riyals, the September aid allocation for beneficiaries whose applications have been completed. The number of beneficiaries meeting eligibility criteria in the eighty-second batch reached 10.8 million beneficiaries and followers.
According to Abdullah Al-Hajri, Director General of Communications for the Citizen Accounts Program, the total amount disbursed to beneficiaries since the program was launched is 216.1 billion riyals. This includes 2.6 billion riyals as compensation for previous payments. Notably, 74% of beneficiaries received support in this batch, with the average support per family reaching 1,476 SAR.
Al-Hajri further explained that the number of household heads benefiting from this batch of programs is more than 2.1 million, constituting 72% of the total. Additionally, the number of dependents reached 7.8 million beneficiaries.
