Citizen Accounts: 3.4 Billion Riyals for Beneficiaries of the September Payment

Today, Tuesday, the Citizen Account Program deposited 3.4 billion riyals for September aid allocation beneficiaries whose applications were completed. The number of beneficiaries meeting eligibility criteria in the eighty-second batch reached 10.8 million beneficiaries and dependents.

The Citizen Account Program has achieved significant milestones since its inception. According to Abdullah Al-Hajri, Director General of Communications for the Citizen Account Program, the program has provided a total of 216 billion riyals in support. This includes 2.6 billion riyals in compensation for previous payments. Notably, 72% of beneficiaries received support in this batch, with the average support per family reaching 1,476 riyals.

Breaking down the demographics of the beneficiaries, the Director General of Communications revealed that 2.1 million household heads benefited from this batch of programs, constituting 72% of the total. Furthermore, the number of dependents has reached 7.8 million beneficiaries, underscoring the program’s commitment to supporting families and individuals in need.
