[이트레블뉴스=이형찬 기자] Gyeongsangnam-do announced that it will hold the “18th Admiral Yi Sun-sin Cup International Yacht Competition,” an international yachting competition that boasts the most authority in Asia, for five days from November 6th to 10th at Donam Tourist Site and Hansan Sea Area in Tongyeong-si. This tournament, which marks its 18th anniversary this year, will have a total prize money of 52 million won and over 400 athletes from 10 countries, including the United States, China, Japan, and Thailand, will participate and compete in the Hansan waters.

It is hosted by Gyeongsangnam-do and Tongyeong City, and organized by the Gyeongnam Yachting Association and the Admiral Yi Sun-sin Cup International Yacht Competition Organizing Committee. For this competition, registration and measurement of participants will begin (November 6th), the opening ceremony will be held at the Tongyeong Stanford Hotel (November 8th), and the game will be held for three days (November 8th to 10th).
