Shadowfax Plans IPO to Expand Logistics Network ‍in India

Shadowfax Technologies ⁢Ltd., a major logistics service provider in India, has confidentially filed a ​draft red herring prospectus with the Securities⁤ and ‍Exchange Board ‌of India (SEBI) for an initial public ‍offering⁣ (IPO).The Shadowfax IPO aims to bolster its logistics network and expand capacity.

The IPO is ​expected to be in the⁣ range of ₹2,000 crore to ₹2,500 crore, combining a ⁢fresh issue of shares⁢ and an offer ‍for ⁢sale⁢ (OFS) by existing shareholders. Sources estimate the company’s valuation⁢ at​ around ₹8,500 crore.

In ⁤February ‍2025,Shadowfax raised primary ⁣and secondary capital at a⁣ valuation of ​approximately ₹6,000 crore. The company intends to use the⁤ fresh‌ issue proceeds to enhance capacity,drive growth,and ‍further invest in ‌its network business,according to sources.
