Shadowfax Plans IPO to Expand Logistics Network in India

Shadowfax Technologies Ltd., a major logistics service provider in India, has confidentially filed a draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an initial public offering (IPO).The Shadowfax IPO aims to bolster its logistics network and expand capacity.
The IPO is expected to be in the range of ₹2,000 crore to ₹2,500 crore, combining a fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale (OFS) by existing shareholders. Sources estimate the company’s valuation at around ₹8,500 crore.
In February 2025,Shadowfax raised primary and secondary capital at a valuation of approximately ₹6,000 crore. The company intends to use the fresh issue proceeds to enhance capacity,drive growth,and further invest in its network business,according to sources.
The e-commerce segment is the primary revenue driver,contributing about 75% of the company’s business. Quick commerce and hyperlocal deliveries account for the remaining revenue.
