The survey serves as the primary mechanism for Apple to gather data on how developers perceived the technical sessions, API announcements, and the overall organization of the event. This feedback loop typically informs how the company structures future developer events and adjusts the documentation provided for new frameworks.

WWDC is the annual event where Apple introduces new versions of iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS, along with new developer tools and programming languages. By requesting direct input through the Apple Developer portal, the company can identify which specific technical reveals were most impactful or where developers found the implementation details lacking.
