Sharjah University to Host International Conference on AI and the Future of Society
Sharjah University will host the Second International Conference on Applied Research in Humanities and Social Sciences, titled “The Future of Society in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” from to , 2026. The event, organized by the University’s Institute for Research in Humanities and Social Sciences, aims to highlight the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in advancing scientific research within the humanities and social sciences.
Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and President of the University of Sharjah, the conference will bring together researchers and academics from local and international universities and research institutions. The opening session is scheduled for , at the Farabi C2 building, Zahra Hall, in the Women’s Campus of the University of Sharjah.
