Darwish Engineering,a UAE-based construction firm,has secured ⁤a AED198 million ⁤contract for infrastructure work on the Al Tay‍ Hills‍ residential⁤ project in Sharjah. Kuwait Real Estate Company (AQARAT), in partnership with its subsidiary, IFA Hotels and Resorts, awarded ⁢the contract through⁣ Qaryat Al Nakheel Real Estate, the project’s executive arm.

The al⁣ Tay Hills development,‍ a significant investment in Sharjah real estate, spans over 6 million square feet and will include 1,100 residential units, featuring villas ⁣and townhouses.A key highlight of this luxury property development is ‍a 2.5-kilometer “green river,” touted as the region’s longest.
