Alef Group Breaks Ground on Al Mamsha Raseel in Sharjah

Sharjah-based real estate developer Alef Group has commenced construction on Al Mamsha Raseel, the third phase of its Al Mamsha development in Muwaileh, Sharjah. The Al Mamsha Raseel real estate project, valued at AED1.1 billion ($300 million), is expected to be finished by December 2028.
Alef Group representatives, along with officials from contracting company CC7 and members of the design and engineering teams, attended the ground-breaking ceremony.
Al Mamsha Raseel will introduce 2,210 modern apartments, featuring one to three bedrooms, each with a private balcony. The Al Mamsha Raseel development will also incorporate green spaces, water features, and interactive fountains, aiming to provide an integrated living habitat that emphasizes quality of life and aligns with Sharjah’s urban development plans.
