Sharon AI has signed a five-year strategic agreement with Rafay Systems to deploy a centralized orchestration and operations platform across its expanding AI Factory environments, according to a Sept. 4, 2026 announcement reported by PR Newswire. Under the terms of the agreement, the Australian neocloud will utilize the Rafay platform as a unified control plane to provision, govern, monitor, and scale accelerated computing infrastructure across multiple locations and tenants.

Powering Massive GPU Fleets Through a Single Control Plane
The newly established architecture is built to orchestrate up to 150,000 graphics processing units over the course of the five-year agreement. This operational layer sits above the underlying physical infrastructure, offering infrastructure lifecycle management, workload orchestration, governance, and monitoring for both Kubernetes and virtual machine environments through a single control plane.
Abstracting Hardware Complexity for Enterprise Customers
By abstracting the complexity involved in procuring and deploying advanced compute resources, the setup allows customers to access necessary AI capabilities without owning or operating physical hardware. The agreement also aims to build Sharon AI’s internal expertise around the platform to maintain uniform operating standards.
