Cairo, Egypt – Ghazal El Mohalla has appointed club legend Shawky Gharib as their new technical director, marking a homecoming for the former player. gharib, who donned the teamS jersey in his playing days, returns to the club after a stint as assistant coach in the 1980s.
Gharib takes the helm following the departure of ahmed id Abdel Malik. The club’s decision comes after negotiations with Tamer Mustafa fell through due to disagreements over financial terms and conditions set by hamza El Gamal and Haitham Shaban.
Joining Gharib on the coaching staff are a team of experienced professionals:
