Uche Ojeh, 45, husband of “Today” show co-host Sheinelle Jones, died after a courageous fight with glioblastoma, a notably aggressive form of brain cancer. The news was shared on the “Today” show by Jones’ colleagues on Friday,May 23.
Savannah Guthrie expressed the deep sorrow felt for Jones and her three children, Kayin, 15, and 12-year-old twins Clara and Uche. Guthrie said the “Today” family loved Ojeh and were sending thier love and support.
The program aired a tribute to Ojeh, showcasing moments from his life, including his meeting Jones at Northwestern University in the 1990s and their Philadelphia wedding in 2007. Uchechukwuka adenola Ojeh worked as managing partner at UAO Consulting for nearly 20 years.
