According to court documents, Papini moved into Hibdon’s Shingletown home while they were dating. Following their breakup, Hibdon initiated eviction proceedings in January. Papini alleges Hibdon threatened her, stating she would be evicted and publicly humiliated unless she purchased the home under unfavorable terms.
