According to court documents, Papini moved into Hibdon’s Shingletown‍ home while they were dating. Following their breakup, Hibdon initiated eviction proceedings in ⁤January. Papini alleges Hibdon threatened her, stating she would be evicted and publicly humiliated unless she⁤ purchased the home under unfavorable terms.⁤ Hibdon’s attorney,‍ Elizabeth,⁣ denied these allegations, claiming Papini threatened to involve the media and‍ release potentially ⁣embarrassing messages if her settlement terms weren’t met.

Papini, representing herself, requested a private meeting⁤ with the judge to⁤ discuss the eviction case, but the request was⁢ denied. The case remains ongoing.

Just days before, a separate case involving Papini‍ was dismissed. Papini sought a restraining order⁢ against Katherine Parrick, ‍a ⁢Shingletown resident, alleging defamation and harassment. Commissioner John Berglund dismissed the restraining order request after speaking with both parties’ attorneys, cautioning both women⁤ about the impact of their actions on others‍ in their small town.

Chase Kinney, Papini’s attorney, stated that Papini pursued⁢ the restraining order to stop the harassment and exploitation⁣ of her name and that of a minor child.Kinney added that by dismissing the order, Papini avoids further drama and ⁢focuses on her children and future.
