Angel Clover Launches TIME CRAFT SOLAR, a Solar-Powered Pilot’s Chronograph

Watch brand ANGEL CLOVER has launched TIME CRAFT SOLAR, a solar-powered pilot’s chronograph equipped with an aviation slide rule.

Angel Clover is celebrating its fifteenth anniversary this year and has released a number of unique models in the first half of the year. The Solar series is particularly popular, and to meet fans’ expectations, it announced a new product that includes an aviation slide rule.

Featuring a 60-minute chronograph counter, a 1/5 second counter and a 24-hour display, this is a highly functional pilot’s watch capable of performing the calculations necessary for flight. The bezel and dial are marked with scales that allow you to add elapsed time and calculate speed.

Previous models were equipped with a world timer, but this is the first model to be equipped with an aviation slide rule.

For the first time in a long time, the Angel Clover models are also available with SS bracelets, and the precise dial design and shiny bracelets give it a mature look. Although it seems expensive, it also has a high cost of around 30,000 yen.

A rotating slide rule is mounted on the bezel, allowing for complex calculations. The layered dial offers high visibility and the dome-shaped windshield makes the letters and scale appear larger.

There is a hybrid belt with silicone crimped to the back of the skin and a bracelet type, available for the first time in a long time, which creates a solid feel on the arm. The selling price will be 35,200 yen.
