This is⁤ a far cry from‌ his‍ former life ​as a senior overseas returnee financial analyst, who once donned a ‍suit and tie to navigate the office building. Today, he leads the villagers ⁤towards common prosperity, earning their respect as a good party secretary and⁤ representative.

Qian Weiwei’s‌ journey is a testament to his dedication to his hometown.⁢ Having traveled extensively, he often thought about how to contribute to its development. In‌ 2019, he ⁤returned to his ‌roots and became the new ‌leader of Limuzha Village. Leveraging his professional expertise,‌ he developed and utilized collective resources such as old factories and‌ tea gardens, accelerating the attraction of industries and talents. As a result, the village collective economy’s annual income soared to over 5 million yuan.

Qian Weiwei’s innovative approach to village governance has been instrumental⁣ in solving problems for the people. He led ⁤village ‌cadres to visit households, ‌effectively addressing concerns and ‌seeking welfare for the community. His mantra? “It doesn’t matter if ⁣it’s a little ⁣bit⁣ hard or ​tiring.
