Contradictions in Actress’s Statements Lead to Anticipatory Bail
The Sessions Court in Kochi has granted anticipatory bail to Chandrasekaran, citing contradictions in the statements made by actress Aluva in her molestation complaint.

Actress Aluva, from Mukesh MLA, had filed a molestation complaint against seven individuals, including Chandrasekaran, who is also the leader of the Congress lawyers’ organization.
Court Observations
The court pointed out that there are discrepancies in the complainant’s statements regarding the place and time of the alleged molestation. Additionally, the court noted that there are contradictions between the statement made to the doctor and what was stated in the complaint.
Anticipatory Bail Granted
Considering these contradictions, the court granted anticipatory bail to Chandrasekaran. Mukesh was also granted anticipatory bail in the same case. Another actress, Jayasurya, had approached the High Court with an anticipatory bail plea, but it was rejected.
