Shocking Twist in Zamalek Negotiations: Konrad Michalak’s Jaw-Dropping Offer Revealed
Zamalek’s Stance on Signing Polish Star Konrad Michalak Revealed
A source close to Zamalek club has shed light on the team’s position regarding the potential signing of Polish footballer Konrad Michalak from Saudi club Ohod.
Contrary to recent reports, the source clarified that Zamalek did not engage in negotiations with Michalak. Instead, the player was presented to the club on two separate occasions by the president of Ohod, due to his close relationship with Hussein Labib, the chairman of Zamalek’s board of directors.
The source further revealed that Michalak’s profile was presented to Portuguese coach José Gómez for his assessment. However, Gómez expressed his reservations about signing the player, citing that Michalak’s position on the right wing is not a priority area for reinforcement. Instead, the coach is keen on signing a left winger to bolster the team’s squad.
