Shocking U-Turn: ‘Project KV’ Abruptly Halts Development and Wipes the Slate Clean Just Days After Trailer Release
Project KV Trailer Released, Development Suspended Due to Internal Issues
Park Byung-lin, the former deputy director of Nexon’s popular mobile game ”Blue File” in Japan, announced in April that he and some employees were resigning to establish new companies, Dynamis One and スタジアアラヤ. In July, their first company released the first trailer and visuals of “Project KV”, a nostalgic school drama with a “knives” theme.
However, after many days of silence, the announcement of the suspension of the project’s development at 6 pm on the 8th came as a shock. Dynamis One has officially announced that they are deeply saddened by the company’s internal problems and external interference, leading to the decision to suspend the development project.
The company has deleted all relevant files, and the notification was made privately and officially shared on Twitter. The website no longer has any additional concept art and intro content. The work was similar to “Blue Files”, and the resignation of development members created constant issues with the staff.
