L’intervento è tecnicamente riuscito. Il piccolo si è risvegliato con il gesso, di nuovo. Quando si è svegliato, è impazzito perché non riusciva a capire perché doveva ancora portare il gesso. È stato fermo per 90 giorni senza camminare. I primi 45 giorni aveva un gesso con il ginocchio piegato, non riusciva a muoversi e a dormire, non poggiava il piede a terra, andava a casa con il girello. Dopo l’abbiamo sostituito con un altro gesso. Ha cinque tagli sul piede, glielo hanno aperto completamente per operarlo. Un bambino vuole correre e giocare, ma non poteva. Sognava di andare a scuola, a giocare. Ad un certo punto vai fuori di testa perché si annoiava a stare fermo».
