Czech model and television personality Simona Krainová has spoken openly about her cosmetic procedures, addressing public scrutiny while advocating for a broader conversation about body image and health. In recent interviews, Krainová confirmed undergoing blefaroplastik (eyelid surgery) and discussed her views on facelifts, Botox and other aesthetic treatments, emphasizing personal choice and honesty in an era of intense public judgment.

In a September 2022 interview with iDnes.cz, Krainová revealed that her procedure on the upper eyelids was her first-ever cosmetic intervention, countering long-standing assumptions that she had undergone multiple surgeries. “I have enormous respect for the scalpel. And even though I’ve heard from various ‘haters’ on social media that I’ve definitely had lots of plastic procedures, I must say this is my first,” she stated. She further clarified, “My breasts are mine. I want to say this again to those who keep doubting,” directly addressing persistent rumors about breast augmentation.

Krainová acknowledged using non-surgical treatments such as Botox, plasma lifting, and thread lifts, but maintained she had never opted for irreversible procedures before the eyelid surgery. “I never doubted they would do too much or change my facial expression. She also expressed confidence in the safety and recovery of modern blefaroplastik techniques, noting the procedure is commonly performed on people her age and does not require extended downtime. “It’s done very gently, so I’m not afraid the recovery will take long, that you won’t see me for a month afterward,” she said, highlighting her demanding schedule as a working model and media figure.
