The Viktor Lapchenok Fan Club is ending its activities adn has begun the liquidation process, according to an declaration in “Latvijas Vestnesis,” the official gazette of Latvia.
Viktor Lapchenok, born January 16, 1947, gained international recognition in competitions held in Dresden, Rostock, Sopot, and Moscow.
