According to Ottar Steinstø, operations manager for the South-East police district, the men are described as tall. Witnesses have reported that at least two of the individuals where wearing distinctive jackets – one black and one gray.
The teenager has reported being physically assaulted, stating he was both hit and kicked. The police have already conducted an initial investigation in the area surrounding the incident.
