Detroit rapper Skilla Baby is back with a new freestyle,addressing a recent drive-by shooting where he was injured. The rapper, whose legal name is Trevon Gardner, was hospitalized in May after being shot multiple times in redford Township, near detroit.
In the freestyle,skilla Baby proclaims his resilience,rapping,”I don’t fear rivals,I fear God… That rival shot my truck up 20 times, I never cried.” He also touches on the perceived audacity of his attackers, stating, “They pushed up on a millionaire, they havin’ too much pride.”

The incident occurred when an unidentified vehicle approached Skilla Baby’s SUV near 8 Mile and Beech Daly. Someone inside the vehicle fired approximately 25 rounds at the rapper, causing him to crash into a building. He sustained wounds to his hand, head, back, and thigh.
