Skyward Group has been unveiled as the official front-of-jersey sponsor for USA Rugby, according to reporting from Eagles Rugby on April 8, 2026.

The announcement marks a new chapter in the organization’s commercial partnerships for its national teams.

Previous Sponsorship Context

This development follows a previous front-of-jersey sponsorship held by Wasabi Technologies. On June 26, 2025, Wasabi Technologies was announced as the Official Cloud Storage Partner and front-of-jersey sponsor of USA Rugby.

During that partnership, the Wasabi logo appeared on the jerseys of both the men’s and women’s USA Rugby National Teams throughout the remainder of the 2025 season.

The agreement with Wasabi Technologies represented the company’s first foray into a league-level sponsorship and was intended to highlight its commitment to women’s sports across the United States.

At the time of the 2025 announcement, USA Rugby CEO Bill Goren stated that digital transformation was a primary focus for sports organizations, noting, With digital transformation being top of mind for all sports organizations, we can’t think of a better partner than Wasabi to innovate alongside.

Michael Welts, the chief marketing officer at Wasabi Technologies, described USA Rugby as an organization growing exponentially with a fan base that was building momentum.

Wasabi’s sponsorship of USA Rugby was part of a broader sports portfolio that included other major organizations such as Liverpool Football Club and the Boston Red Sox.
