What is “THUNDRS KIDS” Family class?
“THUNDERS KIDS” is a basketball school run by Kawasaki Brave Thunders Academy.
Based on the concept of “learning while having fun,” we not only improve our basketball competitiveness, but also hone the skills necessary to become a person who can play an active role in society, such as thinking and putting into practice problems and achieving goals together with friends.
“THUNDERS KIDS” Family class is a parent-child participation class for children who are not good at participating in lessons alone, but can participate if they are accompanied by their parents. It is also recommended for those who want to enjoy basketball with their parents and children.

How to join If you are considering joining “THUNDERS KIDS”, we ask you to first participate in our school practice as a trial experience. Once you have experienced the atmosphere, you can join with confidence.

Disability Insurance If an injury occurs during school activities, the child will be covered by the club’s insurance, but the parents will not be covered. If you are concerned, please join by yourself.
Transfer participation “Hitoridachi” program
We also offer a program to support children who have become accustomed to school in the Family class and become able to participate in school on their own by participating in a class that only regular children participate. . You can also use this as a substitute if you are unable to participate in the practice of the class you belong to due to circumstances.
Number and deadline for transfer participation
You can use the practice of the Family class you belong to as a make-up (Example: You can skip one Family class → You can make up one practice session). The deadline for transfers is the end of the month following the day of your leave.
Class to be transferred
Classes that can be transferred are beginner classes for each age group. Parents are not allowed to participate, but they are welcome to watch the practice.
- Year-round to 1st grade of elementary school: Transfer to flash class
- 2nd to 4th grade elementary school students: Transfer to Lightning class

- Please apply for trial participation using the form. The club will inform you of the trial participation date at a later date.
- Please participate in the practice on the indicated schedule (trial participation is free)
- If you decide to join after participating in the trial, please apply for membership within 3 days.

Applications for trial participation and membership are accepted at any time. If your desired class has reached its capacity, you will not be able to enroll, so we recommend that you apply early.
