Apple TV+ has announced that season five of the spy thriller “Slow Horses” will premiere on Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2025. The series, based on Mick Herron’s “Slough House” novels, stars Gary Oldman as Jackson Lamb and has received Emmy and BAFTA Awards.
Following the success of season four in 2024, the show is quickly returning with a new season that sees the “Slow Horses” team investigating a series of strange occurrences in the city. The team will try to piece together how the events are connected.
Season five will also focus on roddy Ho and his new girlfriend,whose presence sparks suspicion among the other members of Slough House.
The rapid release of season five comes just over a year after season four, continuing a trend of fast turnarounds for the series, which has released four seasons in three years.
