Daniel Bryan Pursues Judo Training During WWE Hiatus
UFC welterweight Ben Henderson recently shared insights into Daniel Bryan’s activities during his WWE hiatus. In an interview with sports news website, Henderson revealed that Bryan has been training in judo.
According to Henderson, Bryan began training in judo under coach John Crouch after taking a break from WWE due to injury. Henderson expressed his admiration for Bryan’s dedication and skill, stating, “Every time I went to the gym, I watched Ryan doing judo. He was training very hard. I heard before that he was very strong, but when I saw his skills, I was even more surprised that many people have difficulty training those skills.”
Henderson also noted that Bryan rarely relied on brute force, instead utilizing his skills to excel in judo. “He was very good at using his skills. Very good at judo,” Henderson said.
Bryan’s blue belt achievement in judo is a testament to his perseverance and commitment to the sport. As he continues to pursue his passion for judo, fans eagerly await his return to WWE.
