He became an investor in the Championship club in July 2023, alongside Croatian midfielder Luka Modrić. Businesswoman Martha Stewart joined as a minority co-owner in December 2023.
Acknowledging the financial realities of modern football, Snoop Dogg stated the club’s ambition requires significant investment. Despite Swansea currently holding a 16th-place position in the English Championship as of January 31, 2024, he remains optimistic about the potential for a positive season.
