Archyde reports that after seeing how strongly people reacted, Kraft spoke with Pastor Kenny, his minister at Calvary Chapel Plymouth, before putting out an open invitation for everyone to join a large public gathering.

Kraft described some of the most poignant memories from the day in a social post cited by CBN News, recalling that a woman on the beach took one of the free Bibles and later decided to be baptised, alongside countless other individuals with difficult pasts, new believers, families, and ordinary men and women. Archyde notes that people attending and watching the event enjoyed a complimentary barbecue while organizers handed out upwards of 100 complimentary Bibles alongside details for getting in touch with local congregations. Calvary Chapel Plymouth bore the main organizational burden for the program, receiving extra assistance from Ivybridge Baptist and Calvary Chapel Bristol as local church members met participants on the sand to guide them through the process.

The Bigbury-on-Sea assembly came on the heels of a smaller trial gathering held during June at Jennycliff Beach in Plymouth, which saw 28 people go into the water. Reflecting on the turnout from the shoreline, Kraft told Premier Christian News that he remained in disbelief at what he witnessed at Bigbury Beach, stating that God was in it the whole way and describing the event as an extraordinary display of faith.
