Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Solo Sikoa is the new WWE United States Champion, having defeated Jacob Fatu at Night of Champions. The match, held at the Kingdom Arena, saw Sikoa overcome a fast start from the defending champion to claim the title.
Fatu initially dominated, but Sikoa turned the tide after blocking a suicide dive. The match intensified with interference from JC Mateo and the returning Tama Tonga, who delivered a neck-breaker.
