Source Methodology

How we pick sources. For every brief we identify the strongest available primary source for each substantive claim. Preferred sources include official government, regulatory, court, university, and company statements, established news organizations with stated editorial standards, named on-the-record interviews, and RSS or sitemap feeds from publishers with stable article URLs. We do not use social posts as the sole basis for a claim unless the post itself is the story, search-results, login-wall or 404 pages, or republished mirrors when the original publisher is identifiable. Each directory listing is created from public-facing data: the publisher homepage, About, Contact, Advertise, RSS, and verified social profiles. We do not invent contact details. When a listing field cannot be verified it is left blank rather than guessed. Email corrections@newsdirectory3.com to report any issue.
