South Florida Animal Rescue Tackles Stray Puppy Crisis with Low-Cost Spay and Neuter Services
Animal Aid Tackles Stray Puppy Overpopulation in South Florida
Pembroke Park, Fla. – An animal rescue in South Florida is working to reduce the growing number of stray puppies. They offer low-cost spaying and neutering services. Their mission includes finding homes for adoptable pets.
Animal Aid, a local rescue, has taken in many animals, including puppies like Thor and Chi Chi. These adorable Chihuahuas were featured by Local 10′s animal advocate, Jacey Birch.
Tamara, a representative of Animal Aid, stated, “We have to stop the overpopulation of pets here in South Florida.” She highlighted the importance of spaying and neutering to control the population of unwanted animals.
Currently, the rescue cares for over 30 dogs and 150 cats, all in need of caring homes. Tamara mentioned, “We offer low-cost spay and neuter services, and we made sure the parents of these puppies were sterilized.”
Animal Aid refreshes its list of adoptable pets every day. If you want to adopt a pet or support the rescue, you can learn more by visiting their website here.
