Banana Creek Launch Viewing Area – Witness the rocket lifting off from the launch pad. It’s approximately 6.2 miles (10 km) away, with launch audio, video, and commentary provided by space experts. Shuttle buses will take you there on a first-come, first-served basis, starting at 12:15 PM.
- Atlantis South Lot – Slightly farther, around 6.7 miles (10.8 km) from the launch pad, you can watch the rocket clear the tree line. The viewing area opens at 1:00 PM, with audio, video, and expert commentary provided.
What’s Launching?
SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket, a trusty Block 5 variant, will carry another batch of Starlink satellites, aiming to provide global broadband connectivity.
