Judoist Natsumi Kakuta and Gymnast Hikaru Mori Shine as Presenters at TOKYO LIGHTS 2024 Award Ceremony

Judoist Natsumi Kakuta (SBC Shonan Beauty Clinic), whose achievements at the Paris Olympics are still fresh in our minds, breaking athlete Shigekix (Dai-ichi Life), and gymnast Hikaru Mori (TOKIO Inkarami/Kanazawa Gakuin University Club) attended the TOKYO LIGHTS 2024 award ceremony held at the Shotoku Memorial Art Museum in Tokyo on the 16th as presenters.

The TOKYO LIGHTS 2024 award ceremony was an international projection mapping competition where the world’s top video creators competed. The 18 finalist works were screened at the Meiji Memorial Art Museum. Athletes Natsumi Tsunoda and Hikaru Mori attended the event in lovely dresses. “The building looked as if it was moving, and I was fascinated,” said Mori, while Tsunoda said with sparkling eyes, “I was moved by the fusion of light and sound.”

Shigekix, who attended the event in a refreshing blue-based outfit, commented, “In dance, it’s essential to match the music, and I found that commonality. I thought it would be great to have project mapping at the opening of a breaking and dance competition.”
