Yang Ji-won informed fans of the development directly through her social media account on the 24th. She stated that while she originally planned an early wedding for next year, the unexpected news of a pregnancy moved their timeline forward.
At first, it didn’t feel real, but it feels more real every single day,
Yang Ji-won said. I was originally planning to marry early next year, but incredibly, a new life has been granted to us, so I will become a mother next year at the age of 40. Therefore, we are moving the wedding forward a little bit.
The artist noted that forming a family has been one of the greatest wishes in her heart for a long time. She described her fiancé as someone who allows her to see parts of things that she couldn’t see before, helping her mature and encouraging a deeper spiritual life.
Yang Jun-mo Discloses Prior Divorce and Remarriage
Alongside the marriage announcement, musical actor Yang Jun-mo published a post on his own account revealing for the first time that he divorced in 2023. Yang Jun-mo previously married a composer in 2009 and has a daughter.
In his statement, Yang Jun-mo explained that he delayed disclosing the divorce to protect his young daughter from unnecessary attention. He noted that both parties are now building new lives in their own places and supporting each other’s lives.
