  • 1 mackerel fillet (half) 1/3 long onion
  • 1/2 piece ginger
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rapeseed oil (or salad oil) (A)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sake (A)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (A)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

1. Cut the ingredients

Simmer over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes and drain the liquid.

How to store it?

Once cooled, place in a storage container and store in the refrigerator. It will last for about 3-4 days in the refrigerator, and about 3 weeks if frozen.
