Spider-Verse’s Miles Morales Journey Continues: Original Directors Return for ‘Beyond the Spider-Verse’
The highly anticipated third installment in the animated Spider-Verse saga, Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, has finally revealed its directors: Bob Persichetti and justin K. Thompson.
The news, announced via an official X post from the Spider-Verse account, sent waves of excitement through fans eager to see the conclusion of Miles Morales’ story.
“We have the immense privilege of being part of Miles’ journey from the vrey beginning, and directing the conclusion to his story is beyond exciting,” Persichetti and Thompson shared in a statement.
This dynamic duo brings a wealth of experience to the project. Persichetti co-directed the groundbreaking Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, which won the academy Award for Best Animated Feature.Thompson served as production designer on Into the Spider-Verse and was an executive producer on the critically acclaimed sequel, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.
