Women’s football ownership group Mercury13 has entered into a multi-year partnership with the business travel scale-up BizAway to professionalize operational systems across its portfolio of clubs.

Under the terms of the agreement, BizAway will serve as the official travel management supplier for Mercury13 and its associated clubs, which include FC Bacalona Women, Bristol City Women FC and FC Como Women.

The collaboration aims to centralize and streamline travel management using BizAway’s integrated platform. By consolidating these functions, Mercury13 intends to reduce complexity, increase efficiency, and provide better support for players and staff navigating demanding international and domestic schedules.

Our ambition is to build the most professional and sustainable multi-club platform in women’s football. That requires the right systems and partners to scale with confidence. Travel is a critical operational function, and partnering with BizAway allows us to centralise and future proof that capability.

Envision Racing Launches Mangrove Restoration Project in India

Formula E team Envision Racing has partnered with EARTHDAY.ORG and Envision Energy India to implement a project to plant more than 500,000 mangrove trees in the Indian Sundarbans region.

This five-year initiative is a component of the team’s Sustainable Chain programme. This programme operates by encouraging fans to commit to pledges that reduce their own carbon emissions, which in turn triggers the team’s commitment to restoration projects.

The effort in India follows previous sustainability work by the team, which included the planting of over 250,000 mangrove trees in Madagascar.

Beyond environmental restoration, the project includes a Corporate Social Responsibility mandate. This mandate aims to improve living standards for 10,000 families and 18,000 women in West Bengal, India, through specific initiatives focused on education, sanitation, nutrition, and health.

We are proud to support Envision Energy India and EARTHDAY.ORG with this incredible initiative. Our goal is to help drive direct action and to stimulate awareness and understanding of the challenges that this vibrant region faces. Through the Formula E platform, we can help bring the Sundarbans stories to a huge global audience.
