- Darts is one of the most exciting growth stories in global sport right now.
Target Darts has appointed 50 Sport as its agency of record to drive strategic and creative development across the business, aligning digital platforms, products, and grassroots participation initiatives. According to Co-founder James Campbell, the partnership aims to connect elite performance and equipment innovation with community growth through a unified platform.
Strategic Partnership and Grassroots Growth
The agreement tasks 50 Sport with overseeing audience strategy, creative platform development, campaign planning, and participation initiatives for Target Darts. The appointment follows an expansion phase for the company, which recently outlined plans to increase participation in the sport by investing in technology, venues, and community programs, alongside ventures like Target Live, Target Arcade, and a UK-wide partnership with Powerleague.
According to 50 Sport Co-founder Nick Jackman, the collaboration focuses on building a connected ecosystem rather than isolated campaigns. The agency will support brand activity, product launches, digital experiences, and content creation as international audiences and commercial investments in darts continue to rise.
Darts is one of the most exciting growth stories in global sport right now. The appeal of this venture is heightened by the fact that Target is already embedded across numerous levels of the sport, spanning high-level performance, gear development, community involvement, and online platforms. Our role is to help connect those pieces together through a clear strategic vision and a creative platform that gives people more reasons to play, compete and belong.
