Details of Rejected Offers
The rejected bids came from two separate groups. One was submitted by PCP International Finance Limited, led by Amanda Staveley, a former shareholder of Newcastle United. The other offer originated from a consortium headed by Dr.Roger Kennedy and Wing-fai Ng through firehawk Holdings Limited. According to the club’s statement, ENIC has no intention of accepting any future offers to acquire its stake in the club.

ENIC Sports & Developments Holdings Ltd currently holds an approximately 87% stake in Tottenham Hotspur. UK businessman Joe Lewis and his family are the majority shareholders of ENIC, while Daniel Levy and his family control roughly 30% of ENIC’s shares.
