Man Dies in Single-Vehicle Crash in Augusta County
A 25-year-old man died in a single-vehicle crash in Augusta County, Virginia, on the evening of February 19, 2026. The crash occurred shortly before 7 p.m. On Quicks Mill Road, approximately 0.3 miles west of Berry Farm Road.
According to Virginia State Police, a Toyota Camry was traveling eastbound on Quicks Mill Road when it veered off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree. The vehicle then came to rest in the front yard of a residence in the 700 block of Quicks Mill Road.
The driver, identified as Irfan Ahmad Mawlazoy of Stafford, Virginia, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Staunton-Augusta Rescue Squad.
