Joining them is freshman Ui Soma, who has been selected for the 2025 Newcomer Watch List. Soma, a Belmont, Calif. native, boasts an impressive elite gymnastics background, including top finishes on uneven bars at both the NHK Trophy and WOGA Classic meets, and a third-place performance on the same apparatus at the All-Japan Championships.
